We are looking for a motivated person to join our small team in Milperra, playing a pivotal role in protecting and strengthening the company's financial position.

This is a part-time position working in the office, ideally 4 - 5 days a week, with a total of 20 to 25 hours a week.

What You'll Do:

· Accounts Receivable – posting customer payments, allocations, credit notes, monthly customer statements, bank and customer account reconciliations.

· Addressing Customer inquiries and resolving payment issues

· Collections – proactively follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve disputes or complex cases in a professional manner

· Manage Client Portals for invoicing

· Credit Evaluation & Risk – access customer creditworthiness, set limits, and manage approvals

· Support the month-end process, contributing to timely financial reporting





· Record & File Management – maintain accurate files and records aligned with Accounts Receivable processes

· Answer the phone calls if they overflow The Successful Applicant would ideally possess:

- 3+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable
- A strong team work ethic, organised and ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team
- Confident communication skills with a knack for building rapport
- Attention to detail and levels of accuracy
- Experience with the accounting system JIWA is desirable, but not essential
- Experience with the Microsoft office 365 suite of products including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Experience in a work environment that involves stock will be an advantage
