Red Cacao Stirling is looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our busy, high-volume venue.

We’re looking for a confident and capable hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands what it takes to run a successful, high-volume busy café with table service and a large team.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who can lead from the front, keep service running smoothly and maintain exceptional standards across the entire café.

About the role

As Café Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the café, leading a large team and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

You will be expected to be hands-on during service, supporting the team, managing the floor and stepping in wherever needed — including making coffee and kitchen work when required.

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Extensive experience managing a high-volume, quick-paced café
- Strong experience in table-service cafés
- Proven experience leading and managing a large hospitality team
- Excellent floor management and customer service skills
- The ability to remain calm, organised and professional during busy services
- Strong staff leadership, training and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of café operations and service standards




- Robust coffee-making skills and the ability to confidently work on the coffee machine
- Experience with stock control, ordering and inventory management
- The ability to monitor stock levels, minimise wastage and manage costs
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional customer experience

This role is for you if...

You’re an experienced hospitality manager who knows how to run a busy floor, lead a large team and keep standards high when the café is under pressure.

You’re equally comfortable managing staff, dealing with customers, organising the floor, making coffee, checking stock or placing an order.

Pay: $75,176.02 – $110,000.00 per year
