Rip Curl is seeking a passionate Lifecycle & CRM Lead in Torquay to shape our CRM, lifecycle marketing and customer engagement across email, SMS, and automated journeys. You’ll build foundations, processes and programs that drive loyalty, retention and long-term growth within our Membership & CX team.

Reporting to the Head of Membership & CX, you’ll collaborate with Digital Operations, Marketing and Data teams to leverage insights and drive customer value across global markets.
