IUIH Institute for Urban Indigenous Health is seeking a Family Support Practitioner – BiOC South to provide social and emotional support and health education to women and families from pregnancy to three years after birth, within a culturally intrinsic parenting model.
The role requires collaboration with midwives and other health professionals to identify and access services, employing motivational interviewing and evidence-based behaviour change strategies to support families.
