About the role: Deliver a high-quality patient booking and waitlist management service, ensuring referrals are processed accurately and patients are scheduled within required timeframes while maximising available appointment capacity. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians and stakeholders by responding to enquiries with empathy, professionalism and discretion, while maintaining confidentiality and referring clinical matters appropriately. Maintain accurate patient information and waiting lists through effective use of healthcare information systems, ensuring data is timely, complete and supports informed clinical and operational decision-making.
Work collaboratively within a team workplace while managing competing priorities, demonstrating sound judgement, robust organisational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement, compliance and high ethical standards.
About you: Keep everything on track with proven experience coordinating bookings, managing waiting lists and scheduling appointments, ensuring service targets are met and patients receive timely access to care in a dynamic environment. Thrive in a fast-paced setting by effectively managing competing priorities, working independently with limited supervision, meeting deadlines,
and contributing positively within a multidisciplinary team. Build strong relationships through exceptional communication, consultation and negotiation skills, confidently engaging with patients, clients and stakeholders at all levels to achieve positive outcomes.
Bring a commitment to excellence by embracing contemporary workplace practices, including workplace health and safety, equity and inclusion, while confidently using or quickly learning clinical information systems to support accurate and efficient service delivery.
What we offer: Total monthly remuneration value of up to $8,423 p.m. is comprised of: An hourly rate between $40.17 - $44.67 p.h. 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
