Fixed term/Casual - approx. 3 months duration

$35.37 to $44.22 per hour

Hours negotiable We're seeking a highly organised and experienced Administration Officer to provide administrative, customer service and financial support to Council's depot operations.

Key Responsibilities Provide customer service and administrative support.

Raise and manage purchase orders and invoices.

Prepare correspondence as required.

Maintain records, registers, forms and databases.

Assist with staff training requirements and maintain training records.

Monitor actions and records through Council systems.

Support managers and operational staff with day-to-day administration.

About You

Experience in an administrative support role.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems.





Customer-focused and able to work independently. This is a temporary short-term prospect offering flexibility for the right candidate. While full-time hours are preferred, we are open to considering alternative arrangements, including school hours or reduced days.
