On a day to day basis you will:

Be at the heart of our admin operations, providing vital support to our team, clients and insureds across Western Australia. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires initiative, time management,



and excellent communication.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lodging and triaging new claims in line with client KPIs

- Arranging urgent make-safe repairs when required

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date job records in our internal systems

- Assisting all teams in progressing repairs from start to finish

- Managing incoming phone enquiries and providing updates to clients

- Coordinating documentation, contractor communication and invoicing

What We're Looking For:

- Customer Service experience
- A confident communicator with strong time management skills

- Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A team player who thrives in a busy, outcome-focused environment

- Experience in working in insurance or trade-related industry is an added advantage
