About The Role As the Aero Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Perth Airport's Aviation business through commercial finance expertise and strategic insight. Partnering closely with commercial and operational stakeholders, you'll lead aeronautical pricing, revenue analysis and ASA reporting, while providing decision-ready financial advice that drives commercial outcomes. This role is key to ensuring transparent pricing, contractual compliance, revenue optimisation and robust business planning to support strong airline partnerships and sustainable growth.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities For
This Role Include Lead aeronautical pricing analysis, modelling, scenario assessment, tools and templates.
Support ASA obligations, airline reporting,
audit rights, reconciliations and commercial negotiation requirements.
Provide end-to-end revenue visibility for the Aviation business, including passenger, pricing, OAB, capex, opex and commercial driver analysis.
Integrate Aviation inputs into budget, forecast, five-year plan, valuation and Corporate Finance modelling processes.
Partner with Aviation, ASA, Commercial, Finance and Project teams to provide transparent, decision-ready recommendations.
About You
You are a commercially minded finance skilled with strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, including pricing, forecasting and valuation. As an advanced Excel user, you can turn complex financial data into clear commercial insights and confidently communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders. You build trusted relationships, exercise sound judgement and thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail, governance and commercial outcomes are critical.
CA, CPA or CIMA qualified, or progressing toward qualification, with relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
Strong financial analysis and modelling capability, including pricing models, scenario analysis,
DCF / valuation concepts and driver-based forecasting.
Advanced Excel capability, with experience using Power BI, financial systems and data analytics tools (desirable).
Experience in business partnering, commercial finance, pricing, infrastructure, aviation, regulated assets or capital-intensive industries desirable.
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive papers, Board-ready analysis, presentations and clear stakeholder briefings.
Strong initiative and accountability, with the capability to independently lead projects and navigate ambiguity to achieve successful outcomes.
