Purpose of the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Aesop The Strand,



you will be responsible for the overall success of your business via operations and stakeholder relationships in conjunction with your Store Manager.

Working full-time on-site on a Sunday–Thursday roster, you will be responsible for choreographing the daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants driving sales and identifying key areas of opportunity to support and elevate your space. The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with diligence, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
