What You Ll Work On

- Designing and refining agents using Azure AI and Foundry for summarisation, drafting, automation and decision support.

- Connecting AI to enterprise platforms like SharePoint, Outlook and Teams.

- Optimising prompts, templates and workflows for clarity, accuracy and performance.

- Supporting AI adoption through onboarding, training and user friendly learning assets.

- Embedding responsible AI across privacy, security and ethical standards.

- Evaluating agent performance through usage insights, surveys and benchmarking.





- Contributing to technical planning including architecture reviews and transition to service activities.

Must Have Skills

- Strong experience with Azure AI, Foundry, and enterprise agent configuration.

- Hands on capability in generative AI, prompt engineering, and cloud integration.

- Ability to build secure, scalable, responsible AI solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, including training delivery.

- Solid understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation and protected deployment.

- A problem solver who thrives in complex digital environments.

- Contract duration: 12 months, Baseline security clearance, Canberra based
