The Role

You'll be out in the field carrying out installations, servicing and repairs across a variety of split, ducted and commercial systems. You'll work with quality equipment, a supportive team behind you, and the autonomy to manage your own day. Every job is a chance to build our reputation — and yours.

- Install, service, diagnose and repair split-system, ducted and light-commercial air conditioning units

- Carry out preventative maintenance and respond to breakdown call-outs

- Complete jobs to a high standard, on time, and to all relevant Australian standards

- Provide friendly,



qualified advice and communicate clearly with customers on site

- Keep accurate job notes, photos and paperwork via our mobile job-management system

- Look after your vehicle, tools and stock, and work safely at all times

What You'll Bring

- Australian trade certificate (Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent)

- Current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence

- Full, valid Australian driver's licence

- Solid hands-on experience across residential and/or commercial HVAC work
- A strong work ethic, pride in your workmanship and great attention to detail

- Friendly, professional manner with customers and teammates

- Electrical or restricted electrical licence and White Card are highly regarded
