Paeds in a Podis a well-established Paediatric practice. Our team consists of Paediatric Specialists, Allied Health Professionals and admin/reception staff.

We have assembled a friendly team of like-minded individuals and have a full-time position available to join our medical admin team who will provide support to specialist Paediatricians and allied Health Professionals. Our rooms are purpose-built with modern equipment.

We are looking for someone interested in Medical Administration/Reception work, preferably with Gentu or Genie and Private health fund billing experience to joinour expanding team. The position would suit someone looking for a career or re-entering the work force looking to restart their career following a hiatus.

This is a full time position located at our Ashgrove rooms. You will be part of a team that have a friendly disposition and work closely as colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:





- Patient Co-ordination (consultation bookings and scheduling)
- Liaison with doctors, allied health professionals and third party support services
- Data entry and reports management via Genie and Gentu medical software
- Attend to rooms openingup and closing procedures
- Banking as required
