Maximum Growth Horticulture are looking for a new member of the team to join them in both high end garden maintenance and landscaping.

We're looking for someone with prior experience, passion for the work and a good eye for detail.

We're based in the inner south east suburbs of Melbourne. Every now and then a job we do might be a little bit further out from this so your own car is preferable.

A typical day of gardening involves mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weeding, fertilising, pest control and cleaning up etc. Some experience in these ares is desirable. However we're still open to someone with no experience with the right attitude and desire to learn.

A typical day of landscaping involves digging, planting, mulching, installing garden beds, levelling, laying turf etc. Experience in these areas isn't as important but a valuable level of fitness and strength is required for this work.

Although this position is casual for now, it definitely can lead into a full time position for the right candidate.

We're currently looking for someone to start very soon working 4-5 shifts a week. The first step will be to have an interview on the phone. If successful, then a paid trial will then be the next step.
