We are currently offering an excellent opportunity for an Internal Sales Officer to join our team, working within a B2B setting supporting our network of customers across Australia and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders using inventory and production management software.
- Providing support to the sales team.
- Responding to customer enquiries.
- Liaising with the production and store teams.
- Customer invoicing using accounting software.
- Maintaining stock levels and placing replenishment orders when required.
- Managing international shipments and export documentation.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a customer support role.
- Experience with inventory management and accounting software is an advantage. Full training on our systems will be provided.
- Customer focused and the ability to develop good customer relationships.
