WHO YOU ARE

- Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in a flagship or high-volume retail environment
- Proven ability to lead teams and develop leaders across multiple layers of management
- Strong ability to lead by example, coach a team, and drive operational excellence
- Energised by a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment
- Solid understanding of retail operations, from stock to visual merchandising
- Genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
