What You'll Be Doing

The Analytics Manager is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of marketing and customer measurement across brands.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Customer Systems, you will lead two Data Engineers while remaining closely involved in architecture, implementation, and data quality decisions. You will bring expertise in marketing, digital, customer, or product analytics, with a strong focus on measurement design, data integrity, and scalable solutions.

A key priority will be expanding measurement capabilities, including emerging AI channels, while simplifying systems, improving platform interoperability,



and ensuring trusted, decision-ready insights. Working across Marketing, Customer, Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Data teams, you will translate complex business questions into robust measurement frameworks that drive commercial outcomes.

- Define and evolve measurement frameworks across marketing, customer, and emerging AI channels, ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and data standards.
- Design and oversee analytics architecture, instrumentation, data flows, and measurement solutions that are scalable, reliable, and straightforward to maintain.
- Lead the continuous improvement of the analytics ecosystem by reducing complexity, consolidating tooling, and improving platform interoperability.
