Role Description The Application Support Analyst is a part time, remote role responsible for providing day-to-day technical and functional support for applications used in AI development and evaluation activities. This role includes monitoring application performance, responding to user inquiries, documenting issues, and coordinating resolution with engineering or research teams. The analyst will troubleshoot user-facing problems, assist with configuration changes, support data workflows, and help maintain accurate records of incidents and fixes.
The position also involves clear communication with lab staff and collaborators, contributing to user training materials, and suggesting improvements to enhance reliability and usability of supported systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Application Support and Technical Support skills,
including experience with user-facing systems and scientific or research applications.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret logs or error messages, and propose effective solutions.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, document issues, and provide user guidance.
Familiarity with healthcare, radiology, or AI-related environments, and experience supporting cloud-based or web applications are beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requests, and maintain accurate documentation; bachelor’s degree in a technical, healthcare, or related field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
