We need a confident, reliable setter to get them qualified and booked in with our closer. This is a contractor role to start (5+ hours/week), with room to grow into more hours as lead volume and performance increase.

Experienced setters preferred - B2C, high-ticket, or coaching background a plus.

Call format: Phone, qualification + booking calls Hours: 5+ hrs/week initially, growing with lead volume and performance

Compensation: Pay per appointment set + commission on sales that close from your booked appointments (contractor role, no base pay)

What You'll Do

- Call every inbound lead promptly - speed-to-lead matters on these warm, active prospects
- Qualify the prospect: confirm fit, motivation, and readiness before booking




- Set the appointment directly into the closer's calendar
- Confirm appointments ahead of time to keep show-rate high
- Log every call outcome and lead status in the CRM same-day
- Hand off clean, accurate context to the closer so the sales call starts strong

Who We're Looking For

- Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or a similar phone-based qualifying role - high-ticket, coaching, or consumer services background preferred
- Confident, natural phone presence - comfortable building rapport quickly with strangers
- Organised and reliable with CRM and calendar tools - no appointment falls through the cracks
- Self-managed - this is a contractor role, so you own your call volume and follow-up within your hours
- Respects and believes in the work - men's confidence and self-development
