This is a hands‑on, delivery-focused role, ideal for candidates who enjoy working with unstructured data and transforming it into reliable, decision‑ready insights. You will work closely with a senior data lead and program stakeholders to improve data structures, reporting, and analytics that support program management and oversight.

Key Responsibilities - Review, consolidate, and manage data from multiple sources - Clean, standardise,



and validate complex datasets to improve accuracy and consistency - Support the development of logical data frameworks and models - Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI - Improve the automation, consistency, and repeatability of reporting processes - Prepare data outputs for senior stakeholders, program managers, and external reporting - Document data definitions, assumptions, and reporting logic to support governance, audit, and business continuity Skills &

Experience - Solid experience in data analysis and reporting within complex program environments - Advanced Excel skills and hands‑on experience with Power BI - Proven ability to work with fragmented and high-volume datasets - Experience supporting program management or delivery-focused teams - Background in large‑scale government programs highly regarded - Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills
