We are seeking an experienced Area General Manager - Hotels to lead the performance and growth of this portfolio. About the role:
Based in Sydney at Rugby League Central, the Area General Manager - Hotels is responsible for the operational and commercial performance of four hotel properties across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and Northern New South Wales.
Leading a team of Hotel Managers, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight across all aspects of the business, including guest experience, revenue management, financial performance, people leadership, sales and marketing, compliance, and asset improvement initiatives.
In the role you will:
- Lead the performance and day-to-day operations of four hotel properties.
- Coach and develop Hotel Managers to build high-performing teams and strong leadership capability.
