Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-driven automations that integrate with clients’ existing systems and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for AI-based optimization, developing and training models, implementing and testing solutions, and iterating based on feedback and performance metrics. The role involves close collaboration with internal team members and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensure reliable performance, and maintain clear documentation of solutions.

This is a full-time remote role,



requiring consistent communication, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Robust foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience building production-ready applications or services.

Proficiency in AI and machine learning concepts, including Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, and their application to real-world business problems.

Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), particularly for automating text-heavy workflows such as onboarding, reporting, and content handling.

Comfort working with APIs, data integration, and common automation tools to connect AI solutions with existing business systems.

Ability to translate business processes into technical designs, document workflows clearly, and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Python or similar languages, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud-based environments is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Self-directed, reliable, and able to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced setting with evolving client needs.
