We are seeking an experienced Assessing / Estimating Learning & Development Manager to lead the training, development, and ongoing capability uplift of our Building Assessors across residential insurance claims. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our Assessing team is equipped with the technical knowledge, confidence, and consistency required to deliver high-quality insurance assessments. Working closely with the Assessing and Estimating Manager, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs while also providing practical, hands‑on support in complex and escalated claims where required.
