Qualifications and Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experince with property operations/asset management. Property accounting experience is also desirable.

Clear written and verbal communications skills.

Commercial attitude to problem solving, negotiation and ability to make timely decisions.

Motivated and effective with a capacity to take ownership of assigned matters and coordinate multiple work streams. Tasks and Responsibilities:





Model cashflows and assess feasibility across different property types to guide decisions.

Identify and execute creative ways of maximising returns on various types of distressed property in nationally.

Engage and manage contractors for property repairs and maintenance.

Handle occupancy arrangements with tenants of all levels from start to finish.

Identify, appoint and manage the campaign performance of sales/leasing agents.

Liaise with lawyers, consultants, builders and strata managers to deliver target outcomes.

Keep stakeholders informed with regular progress reports. Why join NA:
