At Lives Lived Well, we help people live their lives well. Across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia, we support people facing challenges with alcohol and other drugs (AOD), mental health, harm minimisation, veterans' wellbeing and gambling.

We're looking for an accomplished and values-driven leader to join our Clinical Directorate as Assistant Clinical Director (Service Delivery). Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will lead service excellence, clinical governance and workforce capability across multiple regions. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will ensure services are safe, effective, culturally responsive and aligned with best-practice models of care.

You will support and coach clinical leaders, drive quality improvement initiatives, oversee risk and compliance, and contribute to organisational strategy and service growth.
