About Us: Join our team at Little Saints, a purpose-built Long Day Care Centre dedicated to delivering the highest quality care in a joyful, secure, and loving setting.
As part of St Andrew’s Anglican College, our Early Learning Centre is nestled within the College grounds, offering day care services for infants starting from six weeks old, up to a certified Kindergarten Program.

About the Role: Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and shaping the future generation? We are seeking experienced Assistant Educators to join our vibrant Early Learning Centre team!

As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in assisting our experienced and dedicated team of educators in creating enriching experiences for our children.

What You'll Do:
- Support the lead educators in implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate the curriculum, ensuring it meets the individual needs of each child.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for working with young children and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards qualification).
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Blue Card/Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
