About the Role





We are looking for a passionate and talented Assistant F&B; Manager to join the team at Rydges Sydney Airport. You’ll bring energy, talent, and a guest‑focused mindset while assisting the F&B; Manager to lead and motivate the F&B; team. Assist in overseeing the day‑today operation of all F&B; outlets across the hotel.

Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience in Assistant or Senior F&B; Manager role within high‑volume venue. Hotel experience preferrable but not essential.
- Ability to deliver an excellent guest experience, focusing on service and team execution.
- Assisted in managing a medium sized F&B; team, with a focus on developing and training staff.
- Maintain accurate stock control, cellar organisation, and productive beverage inventory management.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and F&B; Manager on menus, seasonal updates, and activations.
