Responsibilities - Assist the head coach in instruction, training, and conditioning of all athletes/teams.

- Maintain attitude of good sportsmanship and fair play, following the Coach's Code of Ethics.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines in the Coaches' Handbook, Conference, and MSHSL policies.
- Provide for the health, safety, and well-being of team members.
- Actively work to create a culture free from hazing and initiations.
- Follow the scheduled operating hours:



2 hours per day.
- Adhere to the starting and ending dates for the sport.
- Remain aware of all applicable MSHSL rules.

Qualifications Must demonstrate the ability to promote sportsmanship, enforce the Coach's Code of Ethics, and maintain a protected and respectful environment.

Compensation Stipend: $2,884 plus Years of Experience Pay if applicable.

Benefits The position does not qualify for benefits. Schedule 2.0 hours per day.
