We're partnering with an established architectural studio operating client side with a Construction business, delivering high quality Class 2 residential projects across Sydney.

The role

This is an opportunity for a Senior Architect who enjoys being involved in every stage of a project, from early design through to construction. You'll work closely with development and construction teams, giving you the opportunity to influence decisions, solve problems and see your projects built.

Duties

- Lead projects from concept design through to completion
- Prepare and coordinate DA, CC and construction documentation
- Produce high quality design solutions using Revit
- Coordinate consultants and manage project delivery
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants and builders
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the growth of the studio
- Ensure projects meet planning requirements,



NCC and Australian Standards

About You

- Registered Architect or working towards registration
- Strong Class 2 residential experience
- Proficient in Revit
- Experience across concept design, DA, CC and construction documentation
- Confident coordinating consultants and managing multiple projects
- Strong technical knowledge with a practical approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
