About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience

- You are a 'foodie' - you understand theimportance of 'food as medicine' in the workplace and have a track recordof successfully run kitchen operations, assisting in developing inspiringmenus and creating memorable culinary experiences




- You know how to create excellent clientexperiences - you can demonstrate your ability to really make an impact
- You want to have positive interactions withall clients - it's part of your DNA
- You have proven credentials including theability to inspire and engage your teams, drive positive change and innovation- your team know who you are, what you expect and count on your skill andsupport
- You are highly flexible, deal easily with anever-changing scope of work and cope well under significant pressure - you've got a proven record of work with change and never lose your cool
- You've got a passion for service delivery -you can see around corners and assist your teams to do the same
- You're willing to take risks, open to learningnew skills, being transparent and accountable for you and your teams'actions - your achievements speak for themselves and you pride yourself onalways challenging the status quo
