Precision Labour Hire is currently seeking experienced Production Machine Operators for ongoing opportunities within a busy manufacturing facility based in Beenleigh.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in metal manufacturing, roll forming, plastics production, or light construction materials manufacturing who are looking for stable work.

Day shift: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm & Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday 2.15pm - 10.45pm & Friday 11.45am - 5.45pm

Duties Include

- Operating and monitoring production and roll-forming machinery
- Assisting with machine set‑ups, adjustments, and changeovers
- Handling steel coils and sheet metal products
- Conducting quality checks
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and work instructions
- General production and off‑siding duties
- Basic troubleshooting and fault reporting




- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Previous machine operating experience within metal manufacturing, roll forming, plastics manufacturing, or a similar industrial production setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport and full Australian working rights

Please Note: Machine operating experience gained solely within food production environments is not considered relevant for this position. Applicants must have experience operating machinery within manufacturing metal, plastics, construction materials, or similar industrial production settings.
