About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and energetic Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about delivering a personable and memorable customer experience. In this role, you will confidently lead by example on the floor, engage with clients, style and sell CALIBRE’s premium menswear collections,



and build genuine, long-term customer relationships.

You will thrive in a premium retail environment, proactively driving sales performance, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring CALIBRE’s luxury standards are upheld across customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations, representing the brand as a true ambassador in every client interaction.
