Role Description The Associate (Consulting) role is a full-time position based in Sydney, NSW, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for a mix of in-office, on site with our clients and work-from-home days.

In this role, the Associate supports client engagements by running commercial diagnostics, analysing sales and operational data, mapping processes, and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance and then implementing them working side by side with our amazing clients.

This isn't a traditional graduate consulting track. Every engagement starts with one of our diagnostics, so you're in front of client stakeholders and working with real data from day one, not spending your first year in the research pool. Our team is small so associates work directly alongside experienced consultants and our co-founders, not several layers removed from the client relationship, and you'll carry real ownership on outcomes early.

You'll be responsible for

- Project Delivery





Managing the successful delivery of project outcomes
- Client Managment

Representing the business as the first point of contact for the client
- Running Diagnostic Projects

Gathering data, generating insights, facilitating interviews, developing strategies and presenting plans to high level client executives, including C-suite executives, all with the help of a highly capable team.
- Problem Solving

Clearly defining problems, their root cause, brainstorming potential solutions, and implementing and evaluating the chosen solution our clients goals

Qualifications

- 3+ years consulting experience, or a related discipline with demonstrated experience running consulting projects and client engagements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience working with data to generate insights and recommendations
- Skill in business process mapping, documentation, and improvement, ideally within commercial, sales, or operations environments
- Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g. spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or sales platforms) and comfort learning new systems
- Clear, concise communication skills, with the ability to prepare structured client deliverables and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborative working style, with the ability to contribute within consulting or project-based teams in a fast-paced setting
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated interest in sales operations, growth strategy, or management consulting
- Ability to work full time in a hybrid arrangement in Sydney, NSW, including working onsite at our clients and in-office collaboration as required

Salary Range 80k-100k
