As an Associate or Principal Structural Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping major developments across the commercial, health, education, industrial, retail and mixed-use sectors. You'll provide technical leadership, build trusted client relationships, develop engineers and influence the successful delivery of projects that leave a lasting impact on communities.

What You'd Do Lead the design and delivery of complex structural engineering projects from concept through to construction.
Deliver innovative, practical and efficient engineering solutions for a diverse portfolio of building developments.
Manage project scope, program, quality and commercial outcomes.
Build strong relationships with clients, architects, developers, builders and multidisciplinary project teams.
Provide technical leadership and guidance across project teams.
Mentor and develop engineers, supporting capability growth and career progression.
Promote a client-focused approach that values responsiveness, professionalism and quality outcomes.
Deliver designs in accordance with Australian Standards, relevant codes and industry best practice.
Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation and technical excellence initiatives.
Support business growth through client engagement,
repeat work opportunities and industry presence. What you bring We're looking for an experienced engineering leader who combines technical expertise with strong people and client leadership skills. Ideally, You'll Bring 10+ years' experience delivering complex building structures projects.
Experience leading engineers within a structural or multidisciplinary environment.
Chartered Professional Engineer status and NER registration.
Proven ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Strong technical capability across structural design, analysis and documentation.
Experience mentoring and developing engineering talent.
Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code.
Strong communication, relationship-building and client management skills.
A cooperative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Bachelor of Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
Professional Engineer registration.
Working knowledge of ETABS, RAM Concept, RAPT and SpaceGass.
