Role Overview

We are seeking an Automation Engineer (AI) to design, develop and implement intelligent workflow automation and integration solutions across Cybersecurity, End User Computing (EUX) and Identity platforms. The role requires strong Python/scripting, AI/GenAI and automation capabilities, with IAM experience highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement automated request, approval, fulfilment and governance workflows.
- Develop workflow orchestration, approval routing, notifications, escalations and exception handling.
- Automate Local Admin request, validation, approval, fulfilment, monitoring and removal processes.
- Develop reusable automation components and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Use Python, scripting and AI/GenAI to streamline manual operational processes and improve automation outcomes.
- Conduct testing,



troubleshooting, defect resolution and deployment of automation solutions.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to measure workflow performance and automation effectiveness.

Required Skills

1. Python & Scripting – Solid hands-on experience developing automation scripts, reusable components and technical solutions.
2. AI / GenAI – Practical experience with AI, Generative AI, LLMs or AI-powered automation solutions.
3. Workflow Automation – Strong experience designing and implementing request, approval, fulfilment and orchestration workflows.
4. Systems Integration & APIs – Experience integrating enterprise platforms using REST APIs, connectors and automation tooling.
5. IAM / Enterprise Platforms – Good understanding of Identity & Access Management, with experience in SailPoint, Jira or similar platforms highly desirable.
