Established in 1995, Autohaus Northshore has been serving drivers on the North Shore of Sydney for over 30 years with a team of 9 staff.

Autohaus Northshore has a reputation for servicing the standard passenger and high-end road cars common to the Hornsby and North Shore area, specialising in a number of luxury makes and models. Our passion for cars guarantees our customers the sort of expert advice and quality repairs our team have become known for.

We are looking for an experienced, hardworking service advisor to join our talented team here at Autohaus Northshore. We operate Monday through to Friday from 7:30am-5pm. This is a full time role with wage and package to be negotiated upon hire.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- General knowledge in car servicing and repair
- Meet and greet customers




- Answer daily phone calls and liase with customers in regard to service and repairs
- Liase with mechanics in the workshop
- Set daily roaster for mechanics workload / ordering of parts / quoting repairs

Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have:

- 3 years experience in the automotive industry
- Mechanical trade licence preferred, but not essential
- Drivers licence required
- Good communication skills and is able to work independently and as part of a team

(European vehicle experience will be a bonus and be highly considered on application)
