About the role As our Baker, you'll be responsible for producing the quality breads and bakery products that Bakers Delight is renowned for.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- mixing, moulding, proving and baking breads and bakery products
- preparing doughs and managing fermentation processes
- monitoring baking times and oven performance
- maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- operating equipment safely and managing stock rotation
- meeting daily production targets and quality standards.

What we're looking for

- Full Australian working rights essential




- Availability for early morning and weekend shifts essential
- Min. 2 years baking experience or current / willing to do baking apprenticeship essential
- Demonstrated dough handling and bread-making skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual and a positive team player.
