Southport Sharks is seeking a highly organized Purchasing Officer to manage purchasing across departments and keep stock accurate at our Southport site. You will receip t deliveries, oversee stocktakes and collaborate with the Executive Chef and operations teams to meet business needs.

This full-time role values process improvement, robust communication and hands-on inventory systems experience, including Excel, with a focus on cost efficiency and procedural compliance in a busy hospitality
