The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building strong client relationships while managing an established portfolio.

Supporting clients across South East Victoria, you'll recruit across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, transport and industrial sectors. You'll inherit an active desk with existing clients and ongoing vacancies, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service while continuing to grow your own portfolio through business development.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage a blue collar 360 recruitment desk with a focus on service delivery and growth.
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Source, interview and place high-quality blue-collar candidates
- Manage temporary and contract recruitment assignments
- Coordinate offers, onboarding, compliance and payroll administration




- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual and business goals

About You

You'll bring:

- 3+ years' agency recruitment experience, ideally managing a blue-collar temporary desk
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, transport, supply chain or industrial sectors
- A proven track record in account management and developing business
- Solid relationship-building and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented team
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates
