About the Role

This is a hands-on cleaning position with opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you grow with the business.

You will:

- Deliver high-quality residential and commercial cleaning

- Lead by example on site

- Work independently and as part of a team

- Ensure our standards are consistently met

- Build positive relationships with clients

- Help train and support new team members as required

- Has experience leading, supervising or managing people in any industry





- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in being reliable

- Is dependable and follows through on commitments

- Has strong attention to detail

- Communicates professionally with clients and teammates

- Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do

- Enjoys physical work and staying active

- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport

Requirements

- Current driver's licence and reliable car

- Smartphone for scheduling and communication

- Police Check (or willing to obtain)

- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work in varied environments

Role Details

- Casual position starting from $33.85 per hour

- Minimum 20 -25 hours per week

- Monday to Friday only (no weekends or public holidays)

- Based in Mount Riverview, servicing Faulconbridge to Penrith.

- Shifts range anywhere between 6am-3pm
