Central Queensland Child and Family Health is seeking a Social Worker to provide skilled and clinical support across CQHHS, delivering psychosocial assessments, counselling, advocacy and care coordination for children, families and carers. The role involves travel to regional and rural communities across Rockhampton/Capricorn Coast, Gladstone and Central Highlands/Woorabinda.
