We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Supervisor (Hands-On) with solid experience in the transport industry to join our team at our Largs Bay depot.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day warehouse and yard operation.

- Perform loading, unloading, receipting, and dispatch activities.

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.

- Manage inventory, stock control, and warehouse housekeeping.

- Coordinate with yard hands, customers, and operations.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

- Act as the primary contact for warehouse customers.

- Manage customer enquiries and service requirements.

- Carry a company-issued mobile phone and be available to support customers and staff when required.

- Support and oversee yard personnel working within the operation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience managing a warehouse or yard operation.

- Strong hands-on warehouse and forklift experience.

- A current forklift licence.

- Experience managing inventory and stock control.





- Experience dealing directly with customers.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- A proactive, safety-focused approach.

- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- The ability to work independently and take ownership of the operation.

- The ability to coordinate and direct yard personnel.

- A willingness to be available via a company-issued mobile phone when required.

- A strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
