We are a successful Building and Building Maintenance Company providing services to commercial and government clientele. We are based in Cockburn however our broad range of clients has us working from Mandurah to North of Perth CBD and also country locations.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about their role with us, with this ever expanding Building and Maintenance Company. The role requires a hands-on approach to all works assigned. It also entails working closely with our internal team, contractors, suppliers and encouraging strong relationships with our existing clients.

We need a Hands On driven, organised Team leader who can is excited about their days works and the goals they set for themselves daily. They need to have clear communication skills and a broad range of solutions for all types of building industry issues.

Qualifications & experience

We require someone with skills in all building types and some roof plumbing and/or able to learn quickly and pick up roof plumbing quickly. Having the skill set to be given instruction one and run with the works find solutions and use people effectively to achieve goals set by management for the day.

These works will require:

- Working unsupervised on maintenance and Project works.

- Identify material requirements

- General carpentry

- General building Maintenance

- General site activities

- Reporting back information required to complete works and order materials

- Train people to help progress the entire company

- Roof Inspections





- Replacement of roofing, gutters, downpipes, etc.

Requirements for application

- White/Blue card

- Experience in the commercial building industry

- Working at heights Ticket

- Must be an Australian resident

- Have a current WA "C" class driver's license

- Be multi-skilled. Variance of skills including, wall patching, gyprock fixing, flushing, small concrete works, fencing, manufacturing doors for viewing windows, stud wall installs
