What Makes This Role Different?

We believe quality care takes time.

Our clinicians typically see approximately 2-3 clients per day, allowing adequate time for assessments, treatment planning, documentation, travel, stakeholder communication and, most importantly, meaningful client interactions.

Rather than focusing on high-volume service delivery, we prioritise clinical quality, professional judgement and positive client outcomes.

About the Role

You will work with a varied community caseload providing evidence-based Physiotherapy services to older adults across the Brisbane region.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Musculoskeletal, neurological and mobility assessments
- Functional assessments and rehabilitation planning
- Falls prevention and balance training
- Exercise prescription and individualised rehabilitation programs
- Mobility assessments and prescription of mobility aids
- Pain management and functional restoration
- Respiratory and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy (where appropriate)
- Report writing and clinical documentation
- Liaising with families, case managers, GPs and other healthcare professionals

We are looking for clinicians who are compassionate, organised, reliable and passionate about helping clients maintain independence, mobility and quality of life.

What We’re Looking For

- Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Current Australian working rights
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional indemnity insurance
- National Police Check
- COVID-19 vaccination evidence
