We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Portland Tabulam Multiple Purpose Health Service.

In this role, you will provide safe and effective care to patients and residents as directed by the Nurse Manager.



Your responsibilities will include delivering care activities in accordance with individual nursing care plans and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, all within the scope of practice for an Enrolled Nurse. You will be expected to communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, residents, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.

A key part of your role will be contributing to and maintaining accurate health records and documentation to support high quality care and continuity. What you will bring to the role

Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Demonstrated skill in Aged Care Nursing.

Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work. Knowledge of an ability to work within a person-centred approach to nursing with a willingness to embrace change in the delivery of care. Demonstrated effective communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work a flexible roster (includes day, evening and night shift across all days of the week, including public holidays) according to the unit-service requirements. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team. Demonstrated understanding of an ability to practice in accordance with legislation, policies and within the scope of practice for an Enrolled Nurse.
