Your Property Expert Estate Agents is looking for energetic, confident and motivated individuals to join our team as Door Knocking & Lead Generation Specialists.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has strong communication skills and wants to gain experience in real estate and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Door knock residential properties in allocated areas
- Speak with local homeowners and introduce our real estate services
- Identify potential sellers, landlords and appraisal opportunities
- Generate and record qualified leads for our sales team
- Distribute marketing material where required
- Build relationships with homeowners in the local community
- Represent the agency professionally at all times
- Achieve weekly prospecting and lead-generation targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people
- Friendly, well-presented and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Positive attitude and able to handle rejection
- Sales or door-knocking experience is an advantage but not essential
- Real estate experience is not required - training can be provided
