As the Norseman Gold Project continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Senior Mining Engineers to join our Technical Services team and play a key role in the success of our underground operations.

About the Role

You'll play a critical role in mine design, planning, scheduling and optimisation while working closely with operational teams to deliver production targets and drive continuous improvement.

This role is ideally suited to a capable mining engineer looking to broaden their experience, take ownership of key projects, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Norseman Gold Project.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and optimise short, medium and long term mine plans.

- Prepare and manage production schedules and forecasts.

- Deliver practical mine designs.

- Monitor and analyse mining performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Support budgeting, life of mine planning and strategic growth initiatives.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to Graduate and Mining Engineers.

- Work closely with Operations, Geology,



Survey and Contracting teams to maximise productivity and value.

- Champion safe and effective mining practices throughout the operation.

About You

- Degree qualified in Mining Engineering.

- Significant experience in underground mining operations.

- Strong mine planning and scheduling experience.

- Proficiency with mine design and planning software.

- Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.

- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Previous leadership or mentoring experience will be highly regarded.
