What You’ll Be Doing

Your day might include:

- Greeting customers as they arrive
- Helping customers collect and return their vehicles
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Processing bookings and rental agreements
- Recommending upgrades and optional extras when they suit the customer
- Coordinating vehicles with our operations team




- Solving customer questions and creating memorable experiences

We’re looking for people who are:

- Friendly and approachable
- Confident talking with customers
- Sales postitive mindset
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive with a can-do attitude
- Comfortable using computers
- Happy working in a busy customer-facing environment
- Hold a current Australian Driver Licence

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, tourism or car rental is highly regarded—but not essential.

Availability

We have Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Our business operates seven days a week, so you’ll need to be available to work both Saturday and Sunday as part of a rotating roster.
