Location:Yatala
Employment Type:Full-time
Reports to:Finance Manager | Business Services Team

Be the person that keeps everything moving.

Every great organisation has someone who keeps things organised, supports the team, and makes sure the details are handled so the business can keep moving forward.

We're looking for that person.

As our Business Services Coordinator, you'll be a key part of our Finance team, playing an important role in the day-to-day rhythm of the business — supporting operations, helping onboard new team members, assisting with finance processes, handling confidential information and ensuring everything from equipment to office supplies runs smoothly.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being relied on. Someone who takes pride in being organised, proactive, and making life easier for the people around them.

You'll work closely with our Finance Manager and leadership team, and you'll quickly become one of those people everyone appreciates having around because you simply make things work.

If you like being busy, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a supportive team where your contribution genuinely matters, this role will suit you perfectly.

What You'll Be Involved In

This role touches many parts of the business group and plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly.

Supporting Finance

You'll work closely with our Finance Manager and assist with:

- Preparing fortnightly payroll
- Entering supplier invoices and preparing weekly accounts payable
- Maintaining asset and equipment registers
- Processing insurance claims
- Preparing supplier and new customer onboarding documentation
- Assisting with finance administration and reporting
- Supporting ad hoc finance tasks and projects

You'll help our leaders and wider team by:

- Coordinating new employee onboarding administration
- Preparing letters of offer and employment documentation
- Organising equipment and other requirements for new starters
- Helping new team members get settled and answering their questions
- Providing practical administrative support to leaders across the business
- Jumping in and helping solve the everyday issues that come with a busy, growing organisation

Keeping the Business Running

You'll also help keep our offices and training operations moving by:

- Ordering training consumables, stationery, uniforms and business supplies

- Coordinating equipment servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Keeping our offices and training sites organised and well stocked
- Assist with travel bookings as needed
- Reviewing and improving internal processes, policies and procedures
- Identifying things that could work better — and helping make those improvements happen

About You

You're someone who naturally brings organisation, reliability and positivity to a team.

You'll likely bring:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of priorities
- Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets and documentation
- Experience in administration, office coordination and accounts support
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Great communication and a team-first mindset

Bonus Points

Experience with:

- Training, education or service-based businesses

What You'll Love About This Role

- A varied role where no two days look the same
- Being part of a supportive, down-to-earth team
- A role where your organisation and reliability genuinely make a difference
- Opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the business
- Stable full-time position with free on-site parking
- If you're organised, proactive and genuinely enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
- We're not looking for someone who simply wants to tick off a list of tasks.
- We're looking for someone who takes ownership, sees what needs doing and enjoys making things better.
