We're looking for an accomplished Bar Attendant with strong cocktail expertise and proven experience in premium hospitality. You'll bring technical skill, confidence and genuine personality to the bar, creating beautifully executed drinks while delivering the intuitive, personalised service qualia guests expect.

What you'll be doing
You'll be hands-on behind the bar, preparing premium cocktails and beverages to consistently high standards while providing polished, engaging service. You'll confidently discuss cocktails,
spirits and other beverages with guests, manage busy periods without compromising quality and ensure every drink and interaction reflects the exceptional standards of qualia.
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a bartender in luxury, premium or high-end hospitality venues
Strong cocktail knowledge and advanced hands-on cocktail preparation skills
Excellent knowledge of spirits and premium beverage service
Ability to deliver consistent quality during fast-paced service
Polished, confident communication and a genuine passion for guest service
High attention to detail and presentation expected within a luxury environment
Current Queensland or Nationally Recognised RSA Certificate (Essential)
