Elevate Golf Lounge is a small bar and indoor golf simulator venue in the heart of Leederville. We're a bit different to your standard bar β€” our guests come in for social simulator sessions, league nights, corporate functions and birthday parties, and they expect the same standard of hospitality they'd get at any good venue in the strip.

It's a compact team and a compact space, which means you're not just pouring drinks. You're the person who sets the tone for someone's night out.

The role

You'll be running the bar and looking after guests across simulator bays β€” often as the sole staff member on shift. That means we need someone who can prioritise well, stay calm when three things need doing at once, and take genuine ownership of the venue while they're in it.

Day to day you'll be:

- Welcoming guests, checking bookings and running bay orientations
- Pouring beer, wine and spirits, and making simple cocktails to spec
- Processing payments, managing walk-ins and handling extra-player charges
- Helping guests get the most out of the simulators β€” starting rounds, changing courses, sorting out the occasional tech hiccup
- Clearing bays between sessions
- Responsible service of alcohol, ID checks and managing the room
- Bar prep, restocking, cleaning and close-down

What we're looking for

Essential:

- Current WA Approved Manager's card β€” this is non-negotiable, as you may be the responsible person on site during your shift
- Availability across weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)



with shifts running up to 10:00pm and later on close
- Previous bar or hospitality experience
- An outgoing personality β€” you're comfortable starting a conversation with a table of strangers and reading when to leave them to it
- Reliability. Small team, small venue: if you're rostered, we're counting on you

Highly regarded:

- A background in golf β€” whether you play off single figures, have worked in a pro shop, or just know your 7-iron from your hybrid. Our guests talk golf, and it makes a real difference when staff can talk back
- Familiarity with simulator technology or launch monitors
- Experience working solo shifts or opening/closing a venue
